Sales Info on KitchenTools PCMS™
As of early 2022 KitchenTools PCMS™ licenses will be offered on a monthly lease basis. There will be an initial one-time fee and then a recurring monthly fee. The leasing contract will include a year-to-year commitment with a minimum commitment of a number of years. Leases will include unlimited remote technical support (does not include data conversion, data corrections, or customization) during normal business hours. Pricing and lease terms to come soon.
There will be additional fees for conversion of your current data into the KitchenTools PCMS™ system. If you require any customization (cost will depend on how much customization is needed), let us know. We can customize the software to suit your company's specific needs. Any customization done for a client will become part of the source code which is solely owned by KitchenTools Software, Inc. Customization paid for by clients does not entitle clients to any ownership of KitchenTools Software, Inc. or KitchenTools PCMS™ whatsoever. The copyright for the entirity of KitchenTools PCMS™ will remain exclusively and entirely with KitchenTools Software, Inc.
KitchenTools PCMS™ is designed exclusively for the professional catering industry. Over ten thousand hours went into its research and development. It's built using state of the art development tools that have been designed and tested to run on Microsoft Windows systems.

- Prices include unlimited remote technical support which includes any remote training you might require (the software does include an extensive built-in help system)
- Prices do not include any additional software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
- Prices do not include keeping any of your hardware or software up to date, except for KitchenTools PCMS™ (when KitchenTools PCMS™ updates are available we will provide you with a link to download the latest installation file but you will be required to install the updates on your workstations)
- Prices do not include any hardware
- Prices do not include hardware installation or network installation
- Prices do not include installation of any software other than the KitchenTools PCMS™ client side (front end) end user software and the KitchenTools PCMS™ MS SQL code
- Prices do not include any pre-loaded data
- Prices do not include travel expenses should you require our physical presence
